ARA Services works right across London, north and south of the river and in and out of the congestion zone. Our own engineers handle gas and heating, plumbing, electrical work, landlord safety certificates and air conditioning, so a property in Newham is covered the same way as one in Ealing, Bromley or Camden — same engineers, same response times, same rates.

We work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents and small commercial premises. That includes Victorian terraces and converted flats with older pipework and fuse boards, new-build apartments with combi boilers and unvented cylinders, and shops, salons and offices needing air conditioning or a periodic inspection.

Every engineer is Gas Safe or NICEIC registered and fully insured, with the registration number printed on your quotation and certificate. The phone is answered around the clock for emergencies — a burst pipe, no heating or hot water, a tripping fuse board — and parking, permits and congestion charges are included in the price we quote, wherever in London the property is.
