Safety certificates in Rochester
One visit for the certificates a Rochester let property needs
A gas safety certificate every 12 months, an EICR every five years, PAT testing on furnished lets and a written legionella assessment. For most Rochester landlords these can be done on a single visit, with the certificates emailed the same day and one invoice.
Around Rochester town centre, Delce and Borstal the common failures are old fuse boards, missing RCD protection and flues that cannot be inspected without an access hatch. In the flats around Strood and Frindsbury the problem is usually access: we arrange entry with the tenant or the building manager and confirm the appointment in writing, so a visit is not wasted.
If you hold several properties in Rochester we track the renewal dates and contact you before each one is due, so a certificate never lapses between tenancies.
